In order to fully envelop yourself in self defense and to become a true martial artist, you must have the conditioning to fight well! This class will train your body, mind and fighting spirit to make sure that if you ever have to "throw down" you will be more than capable of doing so! However, if you're simply here to get in shape, this class will DEFINITELY do that!
ZENPANKEN SELF-DEFENSE
(Ages 13 and up)

Zenpanken translates to "Universal Fist" or "Sword". This class focuses on a comprehensive self-defense program that will teach you both striking and grappling techniques. The basics of boxing, jiu jitsu, muay thai, karate, wrestling and other martial arts are taught, practiced and drilled to maximize muscle memory and skill. It also explores the science and philosophy of combat to help you grow into a true martial artist. This class is open to men, women and teens.
ZENPAN KIDS
(Ages 7 to 12)
M-F:
5:00pm-5:45pm
This class establishes a solid foundation for the youth to begin their journey as martial artists. They will not only learn to defend themselves but learn discipline, respect, virtue and other core values that will shape them into courageous and courteous individuals. The martial arts they will learn include boxing, jiu jitsu, muay thai, wrestling and judo.
